The game's atmosphere is just amazing, I myself love the Western genre and I think this game embodied that genre and expanded nicely on it with the twist in the end. Honestly, I couldn't have ever seen that coming. Great game overall, gameplay a bit slow - like other indie games on Itch -, music was just amazing so congrats to the guy who did that. Overall a great experience!
I wanted to play it but the mouse sensitivity was too much, I barely move my mouse and the viewpoint moves all over the place! I even lowered my mouse movement on my Computer's system settings to as slow as it could go, and it still moved all over the place. I quit the game middway because the mouse sensitivity was just too much to handle.
I really enjoyed Thunderhead on itch.io. It didn’t rely on big jump scares, which I appreciated. Instead, it created a strong, creepy atmosphere that genuinely gave me chills. The horror felt subtle but effective.
Unfortunately, I did run into a bug at the end—after fixing the car, the hood stayed up, blocking my view while driving. It broke the immersion a bit, but overall, the game was still a great experience.
I really like this. Short and to the point. Music is great. The build up to the climax and the twist at the end is everything in this, especially the giant "demonic circle" just before the church. I wish the game is longer. solid 9/10 IMO

I wish the game is longer so there's more build up. Perhaps more notes and records of people describing the events and happening regarding the "witch", but of course the events being described will be stuff about UFO's, so when the twist in the end happens it will be even more mindblowing. Like perhaps people talking about loud noises, blinding "magic light", the witch flying with a disk and pulling things into the air, etc. With the game being longer there will also be time to really make players think the antagonist is a witch by adding even more mystery and horror elements.
But hey, maybe this game is just perfect the way that it is and me wanting more is merely a sign of that. Either way, I really like the game!
Thanks for the video and the review! Early versions did include everything you mentioned, but I’ve never been a big fan of reading notes in games — mostly because it often doesn’t make sense why someone would write them. I really appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best!

That ending omg! Great job with the driving/delivery gameplay. The game looks and feels good. I think the delivery job games are my favorite. I FOUND THE HIDDEN NOISE CREATURE (no spoilers)!! i THOUGHT i heard a noise lol!!! i went back and found what it was haha!! Timestamp is 7:39 in the video lol

So I did a type of stream I do every once and a while where I play a bunch of indie games. The donation goes up by $2 per game played and the best game gets a donation towards further development. I am happy to say this game won. I loved the subversion of expectation and the game was truly unique.
I loved the additional mechanics of having to fix the truck and managing orders. It could have been done really lazily but it wasn't. Nothing felt out of place or like bloat to the experience. It doesn't overstay it's welcome and with the sound design and art style on top of all the aforementioned positives it was simply the best indie horror game we played during the stream. In the end with conversions from CAD the donation amount was $26.
Looking forward to seeing more of the games you make. Thanks for the experience.
I'm really looking forward to seeing what you come up for your next project as well as all the work you put in so we could play Thunderhead. I've done a lot of testing for devs and over the course of my time doing so have made a lot of friends so I partially understand just how much goes into it.
